Refund policy

Exchanges/Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Therefore, please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase. 

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item back to us, please follow the returns form instructions or contact us for help in doing so.

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request.

Items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition". All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your returns form within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. 

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.

Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
