WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
If you are exchanging your item(s) for a different size please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com. We also ask that you cover the cost of returning them to us. Once we receive them, we will then post out your correctly sized item(s) free of charge. If the item is returned to us a second time for an exchange we will issue a credit note in the the form of a gift card and the customer will have to repurchase. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a tracked shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. We cannot accept items that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear. You can return the item(s) to:

We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.
We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on a e-gift card.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
We offer Next Day Delivery to Irish customers only on orders placed before 13:00 via DPD. We also offer 48 hour delivery via Fastway.
Delivery to the EU will take approximately 1-2 working days via Fedex. Please note, as we ship from our EU warehouse there are NO customs or VAT charges on EU deliveries.
Worldwide deliveries take approximately 7-12 working days via standard delivery. We also express worldwide delivery via DHL which takes approximately 2-4 working days.
*Please note that customers outside of the EU may be responsible for custom duties.

Our website is fully secure so there is no need to worry about data being compromised. We use stripe to process orders to ensure personal information is kept confidential.
WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
Once an order is received it will be despatched on the same day once it is ordered before 13:00. You will then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcel.
DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order details. You will also be emailed once your order has been despatched.
