What is our Returns policy?

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If you are exchanging your jeans for a different size please let us know by emailing us at returns@carpeomnialifestyle.com .  We also ask that you cover the cost of returning them to us. Once we receive them, we will then post out your correctly sized jeans free of charge. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.

How do you wash and care for the jeans?

In order to maintain the colour of the jeans do not wash them in temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. Do not iron the jeans as this will alter the colour of the product.

 

What size should I order?

In order to choose the correct fit we recommend the following: Please order your normal waist size and for Leg Lengths; X-Short for heights up to 5Ft 8, Short for heights up to 5Ft 11, Regular for heights up to 6Ft 2 and Long for heights up to 6Ft 4.

How long will delivery take?

We offer Next Day Delivery to UK and Ireland customers only on orders placed before 12PM. Delivery to the EU will take approximately 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. We also offer express EU and worldwide postage (1-3 working days).

*Please note that customers outside of the EU may be responsible for custom duties.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is fully secure so there is no need to worry about data being compromised. We use stripe to process orders to ensure personal information is kept confidential.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once an order is received it will be despatched on the same day once it is ordered before 12:00. You will then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcel.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order details. You will also be emailed once your order has been despatched.
