WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Exchanges/Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the order was received. Therefore, please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions on the returns portal. For faulty returns, please contact us!

Items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition". All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your returns form within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.

Please note we only offer full refunds on full priced item(s) or item(s) purchased with a discount code of 15% and less . Sale items can be exchanged or returned for an e-gift voucher. 

Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: Orders will be despatched with AN POST but will be delivered with your country's national courier (unless delivery is to Ireland).

For next-day delivery, please place your order before 3 PM GMT from Monday to Thursday. Note that couriers may not deliver on weekends and our warehouse is closed on weekends.

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?

Once an order is received it will be despatched on the same day once it is ordered before 15:00 GMT. You will then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your parcel.

DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order details. You will also be emailed once your order has been despatched.
